Virtual cards
A virtual card exists only as details on a screen, with no plastic. It is issued within minutes, can be put into a phone wallet where that is supported, and serves for online subscriptions, services and foreign shops. Several are handed out via Telegram bots and small apps.
Reviews address the points that define each one: fees for issuing and topping up, currency conversion, services that decline it, and what it does when funds run out.
The category is young, and documentation is often brief. Where terms are unclear the review states that, and numbers from outside sources are marked unofficial.
